After finishing his football career in Austria early, Thomas studied International Football Business at the University Campus of Football Business in London/Wembley. 

Since then he has been working for organisations like Red Bull, UEFA Champions League, Chelsea Football Club, Liverpool Football Club, SK Rapid Vienna and many more. 

Currently, Thomas is managing the football agency GROW and represents football players in Europe. Moreover, he helps German speaking students to join football management degrees in London and teaches at universities about the football industry (IFI, FH Joanneum, Bundesliga Campus, UCFB, AMOS). Morever, he published in 2023 his first book "How To Become A Football Agent" together with Dr. Erkut Sögüt.
